Traveling and exploring this world our Lord has created is near and dear to our hearts. But one thing we kept running into while traveling was things that taught counter to our Faith and God’s Word. So, we wanted to provide not only things we use to plan and book our travels but also resources to help you teach your children a biblical worldview when confronted with a non-biblical worldview to help build their foundation and teach them how to defend and contend for their faith. So we will be providing links to lots of things we hope will help you in this endeavor.

GEAR WE LOVE

There are certain things we have found extremely useful over the years as we travel as a family. We have included links to our favorite travel products below!

Audible - We love to listen to books as we travel. From Narnia to biographies, to books on theology and biblical topics, we are always listening and learning about something. If you would like to try it out, you can use this link and get up to 2 books free!

Travel Pods - We love these things! It’s the easiest way to pack ever! Each person can have their own pods which can then all be neatly packed in a duffel bag, a larger suitcase, or even just stacked in the car if you are taking a short trip. Courtney loves to stay organized and these have been so helpful in doing just that when traveling! This link goes to the ones we use, but there are a lot of different ones by different companies that may be better for you and your family.

First aid kit - we always keep a first aid kit handy. We have actually bought two so we can leave one in the car and split the supplies from the other between us in our pockets or backpacks. That way we can be sure we have supplies with us wherever we are!

Tracts - this may seem like an odd thing to many people, but we want to teach our daughter about the Great Commission and sharing the Gospel with others. Tracts have been so helpful in doing just that. We usually order from Tract Planet. They have great prices and a huge variety to choose from. All of the ones we have bought from them have a solid biblical Gospel presentation.

TRAVEL AGENT

On the RARE occasion we get the chance to take a luxury trip, we want to have a travel agent who can help us with all the ins and outs of planning the trip. Having a travel agent is like having an advocate while you travel. And having one who loves the Lord and can help you plan trips that can both be fun, educational, and edifying makes it even better.
