Mark & Avoid
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness,
but rather expose them.
Ephesians 5:11
False teachers are nothing new when we look through history. They continue to lead people astray in our time as well. We, like many, had been taken in by different false teachings over the years. Each of us had our different beliefs before we found the truth. We wish we had had someone warn us. Once we found the truth, we began researching different beliefs and teachers. Since we ended up collecting this info and sharing it with others personally, we wanted to provide the information we had found for others who may be researching themselves.
***Disclaimer - you may see someone on here you follow. If so, we ask that you review the information provided and ask the Lord to help you discern if it is true or not and if they are someone you should be following. After all, we are to follow Christ, not men (or women). Ask yourself if you are defending the person or the Word of God. Do you know for yourself through study that what they said is biblical before you defend what may be their opinion (at best) or false teachings (at worst)? Have you read the verses used in the sermons in question to know the context? Does the context of the passage(s) match what the person used it for? Were they pulling a verse here and there to fit into a topical sermon that had more to do with the audience and/or seeing oneself in the Bible or were the verses read and context given? Our objective here is for people who may have been led astray by wrong doctrine, false teachers, bad theology, etc—as we ourselves were—to have their eyes opened to the true Gospel, true Jesus, true salvation, and true biblical teaching from Scripture alone.
If you’re interested in hearing more about our journey, we talk about that more in our videos.
